Stating your name, postcode, the items you wish to return and reason for return.
Returns will be accepted for refund within 14 days from delivery date provided the items are unused, in original packaging and in saleable condition.
Postage fees will not be refunded for unwanted items.
Please Note: Mystery and Lucky Dip items are not accepted for return or refund.
For peace of mind and security we recommend that you post returns using a tracked service and protectively packaged. Darkness & Sparkles can not be held responsible for any returns sent to us that arrive damaged or are lost in transit, this would be an issue to take up with the postal service you decide to use.
COVID-19 - Please be aware that all postal services are currently extremely busy and operating with less staff, it is expected that orders may take longer to get to you due to this. Some areas are experiencing more delays than others.
Due to COVID-19 Darkness and Sparkles is currently only shipping to addresses within the UK and to France and Belgium.
All UK orders under 2kg are shipped 2nd Class Signed for (Royal Mail), orders over 2kg may be split into multiple parcels or shipped via Parcel Force.
All overseas orders are also shipped via Royal Mail from the UK tracked and signed, couriers in country of delivery will vary dependant on destination.
Darkness and Sparkles cannot be held responsible for loss or damage during the shipping process. In such cases contact us via email@example.com and a claim will be made via Royal mail, if the claim is successful you will recieve the total of the claim, this can take upto 30 days.
Please note: all bombs are handmade and slight cracks in the reverse of bombs are often the nature of the drying process, these will not be refunded. Heavily cracked items and broken items during shipping will be claimed for and refunded.
Please ensure all address details are correct when you place an order, any parcels lost due to incorrect details can not be replaced or refunded. A return address if undelivered is not added to parcels due to business location.
If a 'Next Postage Date' is displayed on the website home page, all orders placed prior to that date will be shipped.
